Modifying qEngine

You can always hire us to create a modification for you. But you can also modify Kemana/Cart2 yourself.

Adding/Modifying Features

Both Kemana and Cart2 are using qEngine, our own CMS engine.

There are two methodss to add new features to Kemana or Cart2:

Directly editing the available files.
Or, by creating a module to do so.

Creating/Modifying Skins

As Kemana and Cart2 are using qEngine, creating & modifying skin are basically the same. You can follow qEngine skinning documentation here.

We will also release a basic skin in the near future. Basic skin uses minimum everything, minimum javascripts, minimum CSS, minimum images, and very simple layout. So you can use the skin to start creating a new skin easily and faster.
