To be eligible to do so, you have to keep the "Powered by [product_name]" title in your page. The message is entered to your <title> tags. You may NOT remove the message, or alter it, or hide it using any means.
You are required to keep the "Powered by" logo with a link to http://www.c97.net in the outline.tpl file (both user interface & administration panel).
You are also required to keep the copyright information in all the .php files.
