qE documentation continued!

We are glad to inform you that qEngine documentation project is now back on track.

You can now learn how easy it is to code with qE. We have added more tutorials, sample codes, and of course function reference.

The documentation is far from finish, but you are welcomed to add your own comments to the documents.
